Shipping and handling of items will always be done with extreme care to ensure that the merchandise arrives in the best condition after leaving our shop. To ensure the best quality product from door-to-door; we will ship cards inside a bubble mailer for the best protection possible. The card will be wrapped in clear/clean white paper so that plastic doesn't stick to the case surface of the encapsulated card. SLU's will be boxed and packed with bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts for safe arrival.

We do not ship cards / SLU's on-approval and do not offer an unconditional return policy. However, satisfied customers are our ultimate goal. If you are truly unsatisfied with any cards or items purchased from us, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve the problem.

If we have discrepancies based on price; we will make it right primarily based on Beckett price guides. If Beckett doesn't list a card or other item we will either go by SMR (Sports Market Report), SGC Web site, or go by the industry standard for a particular card or SLU based on brand, condition and or grade.

We can accept Money order as form of payment, however, please reserve the card or SLU wanted via email to ensure receiving the card / SLU in question. If the card or SLU requested in the email isn't available anymore because of being sold we will return an email promptly stating this. If monies have been sent, monies will be returned unless a solution can be reached between us and the buyer via email. Please do not send money order unless an email has been sent to you saying that the card requested is available. Thanks!!!

If a card or SLU is paid for via Paypal / credit card; and the wanted / ordered card / SLU is no longer available because of being sold, we will return the payment via Paypal channels to ensure prompt refund on your credit card. It would be best to contact us either via email or online form to ensure the items' availability prior to ordering.

• Card / SLU shipped next business day after payment is received via Paypal or Money Order

• Money Orders accepted if card / SLU is reserved via email to ensure availability

The information on this page addresses the issue of the privacy policy on the Bill's Sports Cards Web site. The customer needs to know what type of security measures we take with the information that they provide when they order product or services from us. They need to know that we don’t sell or provide information to any third parties. They need to know that we only collect information that will be used to provide them with a better Web experience at our Web site.

If we were to add a cookie to the client computer; we should explain what information and why this information is being stored.

The Bill's Sports Cards Web site is located on a secure server with SSL technology. Secure protocols such as SSL (secure socket layers) used on the server and Https used on PayPal will be used in conjuction with each other will provide encryption for all communication between merchant and customer. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits.

Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Their servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are NOT directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

Some countermeasures to use to provide additional security for the Web site would be firewall and anti-virus software for server and links to either Norton or another Web site for client side anti-virus software. Digital certificates will also help in this area to ensure authentication and hopefully prevent data delays or denials.

A future consideration is membership by Bill's Sports Cards in a digital certificate program such as VeriSign or KPMG to distinguish them as a secure and legitimate business. Maybe this will occur somewhere down the road on an as needed basis.
